Why have Nutritional therapy?

Optimum nutrition may help in achieving maximum health potential and wellbeing. How would you like to jump out of bed every morning with high levels of energy, clarity of mind and emotional balance? Great health includes an absence of pain or disease, and a joy for living!

Who benefits?

Everyone has a different nutritional need depending on their health and stage of life. Morna will holistically assess this need and any concurrent symptoms you wish to address.

What happens?

As a client you will receive a questionnaire to fill in before your first appointment. This covers areas such as digestion, stress profile and of course diet. This is analysed by Morna and then an appropriate programme of practical dietary and lifestyle advice is formulated by us both at your appointment. Supplements may be recommended depending on your need. Further laboratory testing may be advised to fully assess how your body is functioning.

About Morna

“My interest in food and its therapeutic effects began after my own experience with ill health several years ago. Through the use of food as medicine I gained significant improvements in my own health and wellbeing. This inspired me to study Nutritional Therapy so I could help others. I achieved my Diploma in Optimum Nutrition from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition (ION), London, and a Foundation Degree in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Bedfordshire in June 2011.

Morna offers one to one consultations, workshops and talks for organisations, businesses and charities.
